The sequel to Lady Midnight, Lord of Shadows, is going to be published in a little over two months, Cassie’s adult trilogy about Magnus Bane and Alec Lightwood, The Eldest Curses, is currently being written with Wesley Chu and we know that Cassie is also working on Chain of Gold, the first book in her The Last Hours trilogy.
Almost four years ago she also added her middle grade series Magisterium, co-written with her friend Holly Black, to her list of published books and she is by no means done with writing new books about Shadowhunters and Downworlders. Cassandra Clare has been busy writing books for her The Shadowhunter Chronicles for over a decade now.
